R.G. Miller and Your Building Centers is a 100% employee owned company with 23 retail & manufacturing facilities located throughout central Pennsylvania. At R.G. Miller we install many of the products we sell, and our growing company is looking for an experienced Lead Window and Door Installer to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience installing both new construction and replacement windows, as well as both man and patio-type doors, and has a background in carpentry. Leadership skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to inspire and guide a team are paramount for this role.

Note: All applicants will have to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening before any employment offer can be extended.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Proven expertise in the installation of windows and doors, backed by substantial field experience.
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.
• Exemplifies professionalism in demeanor and presentation at all times.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating and leading a team, ensuring collaborative success.

Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage project timelines and resources.

Primary Responsibility

• Run a window and door installation project from start to finish along with our sales staff.
• Work well with the customer and respect their property.
• Report back to the Production Manager on a daily basis.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and work area.
