We are looking for a tenacious, resilient, servant leader with strong sales experience to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, there will be an emphasis on providing leadership and guidance toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's vision and values. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and guide lead management, marketing and increasing sales revenue. Additionally, this role will oversee the growth, creation and development of a team of 6-8 individuals, marketing strategy, and setting target metrics with supporting KPI's.
We are ONLY looking for complete Rock Stars to build and lead this team and who have a PROVEN sales track record in B to C sales and growing teams! The ideal candidate wants an amazing opportunity to grow our team and earn a great package. Real Estate experience is not required, we will train the right candidate. But you MUST have B to C Sales as well as experience leading and growing a team of 5 people. The bigger, the better!

THERE IS NO LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with homeowners to buy these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and companies that have access to our customer base. You will DRIVE sales and lead the Sales team as well as be in charge of Marketing Metrics and scheduling campaigns. So a numbers driven person is a big plus! This is largely a phone sales role with in person closing.
Integrity is a non-negotiable! We are a "For Purpose Business" with a culture like none other! A positive attitude, phone sales and closing experience is a strong plus! Also a history of selling directly to consumers such as car sales, insurance, timeshares, door knockers, etc (no retail or soft sales please! )
We will provide paid training, the leads, and a system to help ensure your success – YOU must bring a great attitude and follow-up skills. Base pay PLUS commissions with truly great income potential.
