Our farm is looking to hire a hands-on Bakery Supervisor in our Farm Market. This is a full-time position that requires the applicant to work five days a week and be available to work on holidays and most weekends.

Founded in 1893, Youngs Farm is a sustainable, family-run farm, kitchen, and market managed by the 4th and 5th generations. Our farm stand carries a wide range of organic produce, baked goods, prepared foods, and pantry items, all rotating seasonally.
We are a certified organic farm and currently farm approximately 15 acres. All of our produce is sold in our market or used in our kitchen. We make high-quality classic baked goods, which include pies, cookies, loaf breads, & more. Additionally, our kitchen staff makes fresh soups, pot pies, quiches, dressings, dips, and spreads. We are open year-round, seven days a week.
