Job Responsibilities:

1. Medical Assistance:

- Assist healthcare professionals in performing routine clinical tasks, such as measuring vital signs, recording patient medical history, and preparing examination rooms.

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and supplies.

- Support physicians and nurses during procedures and treatments as required.

- Follow established protocols and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.

2. Marketing:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to promote the healthcare facility and its services.

- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and explore new opportunities for business growth.

- Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

- Attend community events, health fairs, and other relevant gatherings to represent the healthcare facility and engage with potential patients.

3. Social Media:

- Manage and update the healthcare facility's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Create compelling and informative content to engage with followers and promote the healthcare facility's services.

- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase the facility's online presence.

- Respond to inquiries and comments from followers in a professional and timely manner.

4. Receptionist Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors, and ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment.

- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage patient registration processes.

- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary payments.

- Maintain accurate and organized patient records using electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled or recently graduated pre-med student seeking a gap year opportunity.

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies is a plus.

- Experience in receptionist or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
