```Duties```
- Perform full-cycle accounting duties, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Recording financial transactions in the general ledger
- Reconciling bank statements and Credit Card Merchant Accounts
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Prepare Sales Tax Returns for multiple states
- Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Generating journal entries and posting to the general ledger`

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in using Quickbooks Online, Bill.com, Aims & Shopify accounting software
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices
- Experience with Wholesale and Retail Accounting including internet sales and Factoring

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Solid understanding of payroll processing and related tax requirements
- Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Skills:
- Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of journal entries for proper recording of transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
