Young Sign Company, Inc. is hiring a full-time production department operator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining and operating large format equipment (digital printers, laminators, plotters, high speed cutters, routers, sheers), vinyl production (processing & installation of vinyl to sign boards, storefront windows, vehicle graphics), packaging and sorting shipments, operating laser engraver, and finishing work via use of assorted power tools. Candidates must be able and willing to work in a fast paced, high volume production environment. Must have strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, ability to employ creative problem solving skills when confronted with unforeseen challenges, to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines. Duties and responsibilities may include the following:

• Ability to use smart phone and computer technology
• A driver's license with clean motor vehicle record for past 36 months and no DUI’s is preferred
• Pre-employment physical and background check required
• Be able to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks
• Must be able to work in a smoke free environment
• Covid vaccine required proof if hired after 10/01/2021

Education & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma. Some college and or vocational school preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform labor including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to use tablet/smart phone for completion of work assignments.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
