The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is currently accepting applications/resumes for a Resource Access Navigator - Physical Access Point . This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic urban, growing organization just 5 miles west of New York City in the water front city of Perth Amboy. The Raritan Bay Area YMCA has served the ever-evolving needs of our community since 1912. We enthusiastically serve over 6,000 members in the Raritan Bay area in our community building initiatives through Healthy Living, Youth Development and Social Responsibility. Under the supervision of the Director of Housing and Homeless Services, the Resource Access Navigator will be responsible for developing plans and identifying family and individual strengths and needs. The Resource Access Navigator will provide information on community resources and facilitate access to resources; follow-up on referrals to ensure that linkages are successful; as well as support therapeutic interventions in everyday practical experiences of individuals and families living at the YMCA's residences. The Resource Access Navigator will also input clients into HMIS. The Raritan Bay Area YMCA offers an excellent benefit package which includes:

Minimum 3-5 years related experience.
Education/Certification
Associates' degree (or combination of lived and professional experience) from an accredited university or college in counseling or related field
