VALLEY CENTER WHEATLAND ELEMENTARY - GROUP LEADER - CHOICE OF BEFORE AND/OR AFTER SCHOOL
GENERAL FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Site Director or Summer Camp Lead YMCA Group Leaders provide direct service to participants in Child Care and Camp licensed school age programs. The primary role of a Group Leader is to serve as a role model for youth providing positive interaction and engagement throughout the program and leading activities with an assigned group of children.
