Responsibilities: - Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications. - Utilize various tools and equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to perform inspections. - Conduct quality audits to identify any non-conformities or areas for improvement. - Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Follow established quality systems and procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in inspections. - Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance. - Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines for food safety, if applicable. Qualifications: - Previous experience in quality inspection or a related field is preferred. - Familiarity with quality systems and processes. - Knowledge of measurement tools and techniques, such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines. - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in data. - Attention to detail and ability to spot defects or deviations from specifications. - Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
