Current Ministry Snapshot:
- Young Life: Jackson Hole High School
- WyldLife: Jackson Hole Middle School
- These are sustained ministries including Volunteer Leaders, Committee, a donor base, and kids to camp each summer.
Potential Growth:
An Area Director and Area Administrator will help sustain the current ministry as well as provide support for the growth in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and execute the area’s fundraising strategy and ensure excellence in communication with donors.
- Raise the necessary funds to carry out the ministry vision for the local area, keeping the area consistently in surplus (the goal is a two-month cash reserve minimum).
- Lead people in our community by maintaining your own healthy relationship with Jesus.
- Lead and train Field Staff
- Grow the current ministry – a great deal of work has already been done here.
- Help lead a leadership pipeline for Young Life and WyldLife.
- Model excellence in all areas of the job description and execution of Young Life’s 5 C’s (Club, Campaigners, Camp, Contact Work, Committee) — an emphasis on contact work — as well as create a vision/standard for the rest of the area.
Qualifications:
- Able to recruit, build, and mobilize a local adult Committee and volunteers.
- Lead by example of area fundraising and personal fundraising (Relationship-Centered Engagement).
- Fantastic deliverer of Young Life’s vision.
- Desire and heart to not just go deep in the Young Life community, but also into the local Christian community.
