Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Teach basic skills such as physical education, math, literacy, and social skills
- Foster positive behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess and track the progress of each child's development
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support the child's educational journey
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives
- Ensure the well-being and welfare of all children under your care
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and milestones

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum goals
- Proficient in behavior management techniques to promote positive classroom dynamics
- Familiarity with child welfare regulations and guidelines
- Experience working in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively
