    Responsibilities

    • Provides a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers
    • Reports to work on-time and as scheduled
    • Maintains a good driving record and is considered “insurable” by our auto insurance carrier
    • Communicates with internal and external customers in a respectful and courteous manner at all times
    • Completes all manufacturer training for all manufacturers
    • Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor
    • Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
    • Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor
    • Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule
    • Posts credits on computer
    • Resubmits all rejected claims promptly
    • Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
    • Arranges for parts to be shipped to factory or distributor or to be scrapped
    • Tracks progress of warranty parts returned to manufacturer in the time specified on the request memorandum
    • Files and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor
    • Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins
    • Assists with body shop warranty claims as needed
    • Provides oversight and leadership and ensures processes are followed to ensure data reliability
    • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality
    • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus
    • Knowledge of ADP and Excel is a huge plus
    • A desire to learn and grow with a great company
    • A valid Driver’s License and good driving record
    • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
