Responsibilities
Provides a high level of customer service and communication to all internal and external customers
Makes daily payoffs and flooring requests to flooring banks and post transactions in accounting
Reconciles flooring payoffs and flooring requests to confirm they are processed
Organize all paperwork in each deal
check for completeness
Process all Dealer trade payments
and prep MSO’s for buying dealer
Stocks in New Vehicle Inventory
Prepares deal jackets for New
Dealer Trades and Wholesale vehicles
Clean all inventory schedules
Reconcile the Holdback schedule
Collect Titles and Power of Attorney for all purchased vehicles via Buy Center
Sign over titles for all Wholesales who have paid in full
Collect payments from Wholesalers
Monthly reconciliation of flooring balances CDK vs bank balances (Flooring Recon)
Updates notes for all “frozen cash” in company reports
Assists with monthly closings
Performs other duties as assigned
Problem solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues with essential duties
Cross-trains others for this position as directed by management
Qualifications
Reports to work on-time and as scheduled
Maintains a good driving record and is considered "insurable" by our auto insurance carrier
Self-motivated and able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule
Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
Knowledge of how schedules work and can reconcile them
Strong and effective communicator - both written and verbal - with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both accounting and non-accounting personnel
Proficient typing and computer skills using MS - Word - Excel - Outlook - and Internet
Ability to work independently as well as maintain a positive working relationship with our team and customers
Perform multiple tasks under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or accuracy
