YouLand is a private direct lender that specializes in residential backed short term loans. The Ioans we originate are for investment properties only and are not subject to the stringent compliance regulations that follow 30 year and QM loans. We are trying to expand our market share within the private lending space by distinguishing ourselves with cutting edge software, competitive pricing and excellent customer service.Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to expand a network of brokers, realtors, and borrowers to generate a consistent steam of deal volume.
• Collaborate with management to set loan production goals and consistently achieve or surpass these goals.
• Build and upkeep a database of borrowers and brokers.
• Offer sales and technical guidance/support to borrowers and brokers.
• Assess loans preliminarily and evaluate loan application packages for creditworthiness.
• Work closely with the processing and underwriting team for due diligence on loan applications and to compile necessary closing requirements.
• Provide occasional support to the loan servicing team in collecting payments from borrowers who are late on their loan payments.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 1 years sales experience, preferably in mortgage origination and ideally in the private/hard money space.
• College degree required, NMLS license preferred.
• Highly self-motivated and disciplined.
• Must be a self starter with strong customer service skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiating skills over phone and in person.
• Extremely strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
