- Conduct yoga classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper form and technique
- Develop and implement personalized yoga programs based on students goals and abilities
- Provide guidance and support to students during yoga sessions, ensuring a safe and effective practice
- Demonstrate and teach various yoga poses, modifications, and breathing techniques
- Monitor students progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
