COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting base pay per hour: $21 to $24 depending on experience.
$500 Performance bonus after completing a 90-day introductory period successfully.
Another $500 Performance bonus after completing the 180-day period successfully
401(k) with 80% employer matching on the first 3% of employee contribution.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate across Production, Warehouse and Procurement & Maintenance teams to meet production schedule.
Drive attainment of the daily production schedule and goals.
Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure products are safe and approved for packaging.
Communicate with maintenance on machine or production line issues.
Evaluate employee performance.
Ensure all employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices & meet or exceed plant safety standards.
Train new employees on Standard Operating Procedures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Ability and history of working successfully in a multi-cultural setting, bilingual ability is a plus.
EQUIPMENT, MACHINERY, TOOLS USE:
Industrial equipment.
Forklift.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Lift 35 lbs. often and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to work in a noisy environment.
Ambient temperature warehouse, can vary across the facility.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs.
Work on concrete surface.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Production floor leadership experience.
Two years of supervisory experience desired preferably in food manufacturing.
