Yosemite Mountain & Coast Property Management does business in Bass Lake and general mountain area. We are offering services in the Vacation Rental management field and we are looking to hire positions for Rental Manager assistant.

Responsibilities: Assisting in all areas but not limited to:
- Manage and oversee vacation rental properties
- Market available properties to attract potential tenants
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with rental policies and procedures
- Collect rent payments and handle tenant inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of rental units to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills to manage rental documents, contracts, and financial records
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations related to rental properties is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and vendors
- Experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is preferred
- Customer service-oriented mindset to address tenant needs and concerns promptly
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties, leases, and maintenance requests efficiently
- Ability to negotiate lease terms and resolve conflicts between tenants and property owners
