Summary:

Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified Contract Technical Lead to support the Teams Next Missile Defense Systems (MDS) Engineering contract. The Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) mission is to develop and deploy a layered Missile Defense System (MDS) to defend the United States, its deployed forces, allies, and friends from missile attacks in all phases of flight.

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Provides technical leadership, direction, and management to the contract workforce performing a variety of tasks for Engineering, including:
  • Supporting the CPM with managerial and business/technical aspects relevant to the requirements of the SOW.
  • Applying oral and written communication skills.
  • Supporting Defense Agencies, Program Protection, or SAPs.

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) in STEM field.
• Must have 10 years of experience managing complex, large technical programs/projects commensurate with this TEAMS Next effort.

Clearance: Requires a TS with SCI eligibility
