Summary:

Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified C2BMC M&S Coordinator to support Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts. This includes engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation.
• Collaboration with MDS stakeholders is required to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes.
• Participation in engineering meetings, presenting engineering product development updates, providing analysis and failure review summaries, and making recommendations.
• Engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.
• Systems engineering tasking includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation.
• Collaboration with MDS stakeholders is required to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes.
• Other activities include participation in engineering meetings, presenting engineering product development updates, providing analysis and failure review summaries, and making recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Secret Clearance
• 7 years of experience
• Familiarity/algorithm knowledge of C2BMC capabilities, and any models/simulations skills
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
• Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

• Python, MATLAB, Visual Basic, supporting simulation environment evaluations, a plus
• Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
• Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment

Clearance: Secret Clearance Required.
