Responsibilities - Technician:

Perform multi-point inspection and diagnose malfunction(s)
Provide an estimate of the time needed for repairs
Repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air-conditioning, etc., in accordance with dealership standards
Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs
Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions
Adhere to company regulations and keep abreast of recalls and updates
Report any damaged or defective equipment to management
Report safety issues to management and ensure a clean working area

Qualifications/Requirements - Technician:

A minimum of 2 years of auto mechanic / repair experience required
Dealership service department experience is preferred
ASE, Master ASE, or ANY Brand Certified are encouraged to apply!
A & B Level Technicians preferred
Volkswagen / Audi / German vehicle repair experience is a huge plus!
PA State and Emissions License must be obtained within 60 days of employment
We welcome technicians from Firestone, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, Valvoline, etc.
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Working knowledge of shop equipment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Good work ethic
