TITLE: High School Musical Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience directing or assistance with directing school musicals or equivalent theatrical productions
Knowledge of theatrical production techniques, including set design, lighting, and costume design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with students, staff, and community members
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for student performers of all backgrounds and abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak production periods
Bachelor's degree in Theater Arts, Music, Performing Arts, or related field preferred (not required)

REPORTS TO: Assistant Principal and/or Building Principal

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Part-time seasonal position - pay, work schedule, and other conditions of employment in accordance with current District applicable policies and the York Suburban Education Associationagreement.
