York Specialty, LLC is currently seeking skilled caulking and waterproofing technicians to work in the PA and Maryland areas. As a caulker / Waterproofer you will be responsible for sealing joins or seams in various structures to prevent water, air or other substances from entering or escaping structures. Your expertise in caulking will contribute to the overall quality and durability of our projects. If you're a dedicated technician with knowledge and expertise in materials, Contruction methods, tools, and equipment of the trade, we want to hear from you.

Requirements: Caulking and Waterproofing 2-3 years' experience preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools for caulking and waterproofing tasks, strong attention to detail and quality workmanship, valid driver's license
