York is seeking candidates for our 2024 Co-Op Program. The ideal Product Admin Co-Op is a highly motivated, proactive individual who enjoys learning and is excited about working on space hardware and real missions. Each York Space Systems co-op has the opportunity to work on York missions. Each co-op is provided with a dedicated Product Manager as a mentor and is assigned a scope bound project that is challenging yet achievable during the duration of the program.
Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses a genuine passion for space technology and a knack for detail-oriented work. Prior experience in product management or engineering would be beneficial but not mandatory. The ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential for this role. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
