Position Title: Emergency Admissions Registrar - Regular Part Time (RPT)

Department: Emergency

Reports to: Director, Emergency

Nature of Work

York General is looking for a Regular Part Time (24 hours per week), 7:00pm-7:00am candidate to join our Emergency team. If you have a passion for customer service and love to help people in times of trouble, this is the job for you!

What You'll Do

Responsible for all admissions occurring through the Emergency Department.
Obtain medical records and other tasks as directed by the ED provider.
Collaborate with the RN, Paramedic/LPN-C to provide patient care under supervision of the RN on duty.

What You Need

High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service
