Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a General Laborer to join our dedicated team. This position will focus heavily on residential construction and remodeling. While no prior experience is necessary, basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to learn are essential. The ideal candidate will assist our skilled laborer in day-to-day tasks, including operating hand tools, machinery, and picking up/dropping off materials for orders. This position offers an opportunity for growth, with the potential to advance to a skilled laborer role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled laborer with assigned tasks and projects.
• Operate hand tools and machinery under supervision.
• Pick up materials for orders and maintain inventory as needed.
• Follow detailed instructions and work efficiently.
• Uphold safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Demonstrate trustworthiness, dependability, and honesty in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

• Class C driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of tools and manual labor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position is competitive and based on skill, ranging from $16 to $23 per hour. Compensation details will be discussed further during the interview process, with consideration given to experience and qualifications.
