SUMMARY:

The Laborer is responsible for performing general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving material. Laborers also assist with a variety of functions related to manual labor tasks as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in the operation of block manufacturing machinery with precision and efficiency.
• Assist with ensuring the proper mixture of materials and monitoring block production to maintain quality standards.
• Participate in the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of plant equipment and the production area.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to understand and follow all Federal, State, Local, and Corporate safety regulations and policies.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
