Yonah Workforce Solutions is Hiring a Nighttime Fully Bilingual Manufacturing Production Manager (FT) Near Ridgefield, NJ

Bilingual: Spanish is REQUIRED.

Overnight Production Manager in our NJ location. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership, manufacturing, and mechanical skills who can operate, train, and sustain the facilities' production, quality, and staff.

Manage in tandem with our plant manager and day production manager on activity and production goals.
Implement Production Standards to establish, maintain, and enhance the production equipment and processes with a focus on reducing downtime, improving quality, continuous improvement, and safety.
Be responsible for deploying Lean methodologies to improve production, safety, and quality.
Be responsible for monitoring efficiency indicators, OEE type models, and taking actions to improve the efficiency and capacity of the line.
Reduce shop floor injuries by introducing safer and ergonomically better solutions for our employees.
Develop & lead capital investment projects as well as train and develop talent.
Work with the Plant Manager on the facilities operations and CI programs.
Plus- Strong knowledge of flexible packaging or converting machinery.
Strong knowledge of flexible packaging and/or converting machinery.
Maintain a high level of GMP and SQF compliance.
Bilingual: Spanish is REQUIRED.
