Responsibilities

*Set up and break down workstation *Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables *Label stock and inventory all ingredients *Prep all daily food items for the line cook *Bake items needed for FOH

Qualifications

*Experience working in BOH position *Experience with Baking and following recipes *Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal *Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility

This job position offers flexibility that allows you to work the hours needed either during the day or evening. We are looking for someone to work from 3-6 hours per day 2-3 days a week.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $11.00 - $17.00/hour.
