Product Assembler / Technician (1 2 positions available)

100% Onsite in Ipswich, MA

Direct Hire : $20 - $23 per hour profit sharing and company pays 75% of health insurance

Hours : 7 AM 3 : 30 Monday - Friday

This role involves assembling a variety of products pertaining to heating and electrical systems. The successful candidates will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have :

• Excellent communication experience is a must
• Comfortable with fractions and decimals
• Meticulous workmanship / follows instructions easily
• Works effectively in a team-oriented setting
• Less than a 60 minute commute to Ipswich

Other experience : Prior manufacturing production experience is beneficial, but our client is willing to train the right people for this role :

• Assemble products according to blueprints, schematics and written instructions
• Identify and rectify any assembly errors
• Able to meet production quotas
• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in a quality focused environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of production output.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent
