Maintenance Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Wilmington, DE.

The Big Picture Top Skills Should You Possess :

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of (3) years related work experience with basic facilities
• Paying $31 per hour; depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Will conduct Preventative Maintenance on critical equipment
• Safely connect maintenance and repairs to plumbing, hvac, and other systems along with some patch and paint work.
• Will also handle such tasks as generator runs, replacing ceiling tiles, changing out light bulbs, and other general maintenance tasks.

What You Need to Bring to the Table :

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of (3) years related work experience with basic facilities
