Yogurtland is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Farmers, TX
Shift: Monday through Friday days, some nights and weekends.Location: Farmers Branch, TXThe Construction Project Manager will be involved in and help oversee the entire scope and development process which will include, but not be limited to, site survey reviews, budget reviews, developing and managing project milestones and schedules, permit management, bid qualifications and awarding projects, procurement coordination, construction management and contract close outs
Required:
- 3 - 5 years in restaurant construction project management a plus
- Associates or Bachelors degree in management, project management, real estate development or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. The candidate must have the ability to influence and convey project expectations and updates to the project team and both internal and external business partners.
- Strong strategic and big picture planning skills are necessary.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel needed.
- Fundamental Microsoft Project skills required.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use Adobe preferred.
- Fundamental Smartsheet, or similar software skills preferred.
- Ability to understand, use and explore the latest technological tools in project management and small scope construction preferred.
- Ability to travel to project sites, meetings and public hearings. Most travel is in the Dallas metroplex.
