Job Title: Sales Leader/Manager-Boutique Fitness

Reports to: Studio Owner

POSITION:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving all Sales, including memberships, class packages, and yoga

products and services. The Manager is responsible for daily personal sales and will oversee a team of Sales

Associates contributing to business growth. The Manager will have a drive and passion for sales and service,

strong skills in fitness computer systems used in the business and can communicate in an effective and

efficient way providing excellent customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong sales experience gained through 2 years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.

• Highly energetic, positive, and enthusiastic team member. Motivated self-starter with a strong desire

for professional achievement.

• Highly confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales.

• Ability to achieve growth in all revenue streams.

• Proven experience in generating and following up on leads.

• Experience supervising people successfully. Hold Sales Team accountable to deliver sales

presentations.

• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person,

on the telephone and via email. Solid writing and grammar skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement

• Proficient with computers and Studio software. Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Professional, punctual, and reliable

• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, customers, and the community.

• Ability to always stay calm and act respectfully and professionally, even with customers who may

become angry or raise their voices.

DUTIES

• Grow all studio revenue streams working a high volume of leads each day to achieve sales.

• Role play with Sales Team daily to practice sales presentations to support revenue growth.

• Execute assigned components of the studio marketing plan with a focus on new client acquisition,

activation, retention, and loyalty.

• Schedule/participate in Grassroots Marketing partnerships as needed to drive new guest traffic.

• Social media marketing, as assigned.

• Work with Studio Owner and Manager to recruit, hire, train, and supervise studio staff.

• Participate in studio meetings and trainings as needed.

• With Studio Owner and Y6 Sales Director, works to ensure health and profitability of the studio.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to

successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employee must be able to work hours that may

exceed 8 hours per day and include nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods.

• May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and

arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30

pounds.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision,

Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus

• Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone
