The Assistant Studio Manager is responsible for managing the daily activities of the studio in order to maximize revenue and ensure smooth operations. This includes maintaining the studio space to a level of quality that best serves the customers and employees, meeting sales goals, overseeing customer service standards and providing employees with adequate support. The Assistant Studio Manager must demonstrate excellent organization skills, as well as a strong knowledge of customer service and quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support staff and ensure that studio runs smoothly.
• Ensure studio is prepared and ready to deliver a positive experience resulting in sales and retaining current membership base.
• Manage operations, administration, and sales.
• Create marketing materials & run social media platforms.
• Coordinate grassroots events.
• Meet studio sales goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
