Who We're Looking For

We need dynamic coaches who can:

• Connect and build lasting relationships with our members.
• Create an invigorating and supportive environment.
• Lead Circuit Training (HIIT), Strength Training, and potentially one-on-one personal training sessions with confidence and adaptability.
• Personalize group experiences, catering to a variety of fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a vibrant, inclusive studio atmosphere.
• Manage the ambiance and tempo of classes effectively.
• Be available for early mornings and weekends.
• Seamlessly adapt exercises for diverse member needs.
• Exude confidence, reliability, and outstanding leadership.

Qualifications

• Certified in personal training or group fitness.
• At least one year of relevant experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
