We are looking to hire full-time and part-time experienced Line Cook & Asst.Chef for a modern and unique wellness center (alternative healthcare) with guest rooms and support spaces totaling over 260,000 square feet. The position is based in Monticello, NY within Sullivan County, two hours from Manhattan and a short drive from Middletown, Port Jervis and Milford.

• Set up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting ,chopping, mixing ,and preparing sauces.
  Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of shift.
• Communicate with the Server regarding menu questions, length of wait, product availability, as well as additional requirements such as allergies, dietary needs, and special requirement.
