We are looking to hire Experienced Reservation Agents for YO1, a modern and unique wellness center (alternative healthcare) with guest rooms and support spaces totaling over 260,000 square feet. The position is based in Monticello, NY within Sullivan County, two hours from Manhattan and a short drive from Middletown, Port Jervis and Milford.

The Reservation Agent/Sales Associate is responsible for selling rooms and providing information to prospective guests. This position is also expected to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest's satisfaction. Position can be part time or full time .Additional incentive over and above hourly rate .

Strong interpersonal skills.

Flexible availability; AM/PM shifts, weekend and holiday availability required.

Willing and able to work well with our staff.

Good problem solving ability.

Fluent in reading, writing and spoken English language skills.

Must possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
