Training Coordinator Our global Operations team make it possible for us to offer worldwide shipping to more than 180 countries, including same-day delivery to New York, London, and Milan, while providing a seamless shopping experience across mobile, tablet and desktop, with easy returns. We have 9 distributions centers and 11 Customer Care centers who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Operations are now seeking a talented Training Coordinator to join our Distribution Center. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Mahwah, NJ (On-site) Shift Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Reporting into: First Line Manager Direct reports: 0 Besides a competitive salary, we can offer you: Performance bonus schemes dependent on the type of role you are in A pension that both you and the company contribute too A portal with an array of discounts on things like theme park and cinema tickets Our famous staff discount along with exclusive staff sales Private healthcare for you and your family A chance to be part of a fun and caring team that support each other Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: Assess skills needed by area and department with Coordinators/Front Line Managers to determine training requirements. Standardize training material for each department and task area. Ensure all course materials are prepared and dispatched within deadline. Ensure data entry procedures are adhered to e.g., training monitoring systems. Support the setup, facilitation and management of training classes as required. Work with the trainers to coordinate classroom and on the floor training coverage. Maintain effective working relationships with all internal departments. Conduct audits on documentation/information in accordance with company procedures and guidance. Be aware of and work in accordance with the regulations outlined in the company procedure. Maintain a referenced ordered electronic and paper filing system, which is accurate & up to date at all times. Work with Managers to address performance issues and to promote a healthy sense of team spirit and individual responsibility. Ensure that all learner records are accurate and kept up to date. Assist with preparation and collation of training materials and records. Record and evaluate feedback of training sessions. Organize of communication sessions and workshops. Provide administration support with any ad hoc duties when required. The type of person we are looking for: Supervisor experience preferred Preferred Bilingual (Spanish) Strong communicator skills – oral & written. Organization & Time Management skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Computer-literacy skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite applications. Demonstrated natural leadership ability. Have a professional approach and a positive attitude.
