YMI Service Group is Hiring a Production supervisor Near Garland, TX
Production Team Leader (Supervisor) (3 Total Positions)
Positions at Clients Garland, Texas facility
3 Open positions- A, B, and C shift
A Shift- 4AM-2PM
B Shift- Noon-10PM
C Shift- 8PM-6AM
Plant operates Monday-Friday- occasional weekends, but primarily weekday schedule.
Target Compensation- $90,000-$110,000.00 Annual (Salary)
Will be managing between 15-30 direct reports
The Production Team Lead will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts.
Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives.

What You Will Do :
- Ensure the location is in compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation.
- Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM / continuous improvement principles.
- Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.
- Create an environment in which employees can work safely.
- Partner with internal plant and external contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.
- Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degree
- Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Experience in production supervision.
- Experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- TPM experience
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with SAP
