The Cross Island YMCA is seeking a Site Director who, under the supervision of the of the Youth & Family Director, will be responsible for ensuring that the Y After School program meets all Department of Health, YMCA of Greater New York, and funder standards, expectations, and regulations. They will provide leadership for the strategy, systems, supervision, and structure of the program. The Site Director will plan, organize, and implement a structured program consisting of engaging educational and recreational activities according to age group. They will ensure a high level of quality, communication, and collaboration within the Y After School program that is responsible for 100 children.
