Wellness Coach

As the Wellness Coach, you will be a key part of the member experience on the workout floor. You will be instrumental in building a welcoming atmosphere, supporting members, and creating a positive, healthy atmosphere for everyone.

DESCRIPTION

• Create and promote a member-focused culture and model relationship-building skills in all interactions
• Promote wellness programs in interactions with existing and potential members.
• Ensure equipment is clean and wellness equipment and supplies are organized
• Do regular facility rounds to ensure all to check on all wellness areas
• Ensure proper implementation of wellness procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to regularly move to various locations in and around the entire facility
• Be able to lift 25 lbs. or more.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Bend or stoop to reach various height levels
• Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED, within first 30 days of employment and renew each year through the Y.
• 18 years of age or older.
