Teach water safety and swimming skills to group, semi-private, and private classes of children, youth, and adults.

Requirements:

• WSI certification (if you do not currently have one and are lifeguard certified, you may complete a WSI certification online at:

• Prior experience teaching swim lessons to youth is a plus (but not required)
• Prior swim training (i.e. swim teams, etc) is a plus (but not required)

Hours and schedule will be fixed and determined depending on enrollment per session. Lesson times are as listed below:

• Mondays 4:30-5:30
• Tuesdays 5-6:30
• Wednesdays 4-5
• Thursdays 5-6:30
• Saturdays 10-11:30

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• being a swim instructor do you have: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• WSI (Water Safety Instructor) Certification? (Required)
