The YMCA of Orange County has an immediate need for a Kid Zone Assistant. The Kid Zone Staff is responsible for the YMCA Kids Zone program including implementation of health & safety standards, program quality, supervision of children, meeting programmatic standards, and customer service.
Responsibilities/Duties:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
Education & Certifications: CPR/First Aid Certificates required.
Excellent verbal communication skills;
Strong customer and results orientation;
Ability to interact effectively at all ages, levels and across diverse cultures; and
Ability to be an effective member of project teams.
