Youth Sports Basketball Site Supervisor
The YMCA is seeking Youth Basketball Site Supervisors. This position is part time. Games are scheduled Friday nights 4:30 to 9:15PM and Saturdays 8:30AM-4PM. You do not need to be available for all time slots to apply.
Salary range is $15-$18/hourbased on experience, availability and certifications. In addition, we offer a 10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities
Our Site Supervisors will assist in making sure our kiddos are learning introductory through intermediate skills, the rules of play and the Y Way to Play. You'll also assist in parent interaction and ensuring the program is running smoothly and safely with all activities starting and ending on schedule. Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Age 16 years or older
- Significant involvement and understanding of the sport
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days. We can help with this
- Ability to organize and engage groups of children
- Know how to break down a skill and explain it so that participants can understand and perform the skill
- Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people including kids, staff, other host staff, and community members
Benefits

Part-Time Employees also receive paid sick time at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
