Customer Relations Specialist - Opener

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Customer Relations Specialists for our opening shift at the Boulder Branch five mornings a week. 

Positions are part-time and year-round. If you are an early riser and enjoy a beautiful sunrise, this would be the perfect way to start your day. The opening shift is Monday - Friday 4:30 am - 8:30 am.

Salary range $15.01 per hour based on experience. In addition, we offer a 10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another 10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

The Customer Relations Specialist welcomes our members, answers questions, gives tours, and helps individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift.
• Customer Service and Sales Experience preferred.
• Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful
• Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency)
• Intermediate computer skills required.

Part-Time employees also receive paid sick time at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
