POSITION DESCRIPTION
A YMCA Executive Director's goal is to have a lasting and positive impact on the lives of the people and the communities they serve. As the Executive Director of the West Valley Family YMCA , you will have a special chance to create a lasting legacy while taking your career to new heights!
QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION : Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, or business
RELATED EXPERIENCE: Six or more years of management experience, preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit agency; Experience in management and development of volunteer involvement; ability to recruit top community
SPECIALIZED SKILLS: Ability to direct total operations through volunteer development, supervision of staff, development and monitoring of branch budget, marketing and public relations, and programs
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: YMCA Multi-Team or Branch Leader certification
