The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day to day billing and collections processes in a timely and compliant manner for the Counseling & Social Services line of the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County. They will build and maintain staff and client relationships and communicate any issues to the Director of Business Operations. Additionally this position is responsible for the overall management of general administrative duties for the branchs operations, such as welcoming and checking in clients, filing, scheduling, phone intakes and answering and routing calls.

Manage the billing processes including, but not limited to, reporting, follow up, dispute resolutions and claim denials.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and comprehensive clinical and financial information is used during the billing and collections process.
Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with team and clients.
Work closely with the Director of Business Operations on day to day operations.
Identify and resolve client billing issues.
Attend and actively participate in required YMCA trainings, meetings, and fundraising events.

Required minimum of three (3) years related medical billing managerial and supervisory experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced team-oriented environment.
Must possess strong communication, writing and time management skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience of electronic health records preferred.
