What You'll Do:

Be a key member of our staff team committed to the YMCA's mission goals and objectives.

Support 21st Century staff in quality improvement strategies and change management.

Collect documents, provide timely data and reports, and assist in program evaluation.

Update and store standardized program forms for 21st-century programs.

Ensure program standards meet all regulations and compliance requirements.

Contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality School Age Child Care and Day Camp programs

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree or two (2) years’ experience in 21st Century Community Learning Center.

Must meet all licensing requirements under Federal, state, and local regulations.

Must possess current CPR, First Aid, Oxygen, and AED certifications.

Experience in supervising and leading staff.
