What You'll Do:
Family Fiesta Leadership: Coordinate family-oriented activities, Y family programs, and events. Spice it up with specialized training & small group interactive family sessions.
New Member Magic: Deliver a stellar new family member experience, complete with standardized family programs and communication strategies (email, social media, text).
Collaboration Dance: Team up with branch leaders to develop cool parent-child initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and introduce the awesomeness of "Ninja Zone".
Epic Communication Guru: Be the maestro of communication for external & internal family programs. Blogs, social media, vlogs - your symphony of engagement knows no bounds!
Insights Maven: Analyze the Family Experience Net Promoter Score (NPS) using data from Listen360, Y360, Group Ex Pro, Daxko & PowerBI. Share your insights with the leadership team.
World Tour of Family Programs: Roll out new family programs across the Association, from fee-based services to compliementary access options, and even business-to-business collaborations.
What You Need:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years' experience in project management or family engagement.
️ Communication Maestro: Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
Change Champion: Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and advocate for necessary changes.
Relationship Whisperer: Build genuine, reciprocal relationships with various internal & external stakeholders.
Tech Savvy: Experience with Y membership tools - Daxko, Qualtrics, Power BI, etc.
