30-40 hours, hours vary between 7am-6pm

Availability :

May through August 2024 for both training & work hours

Who Are We Looking For?

Individuals who will....

• Directly supervise Summer Day Camp programming in grades K-8.
• Lead an amazing team focused on teaching teamwork and social skills, and supporting children as they grow and learn.
• Plan, participate in and lead recreational activities with campers, including but not limited to, arts and crafts, sports, STEM, songs, nature hikes, games and enrichment activities.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school district staff & kids
• Serve as a leader for programming & operating quality maintaining licensing & safety standards.
• Promote the six pillars of character (Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring & Citizenship) through personal actions and intentional activities.
• Enjoy being of service to others and knowing that the work you do contributes to building a better community.

Qualifications :

• At least 18 years old and completed High School
• Associates degree or higher in education or related field or CPL level 3 or higher preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Adaptable, flexible and enjoy that everyday is a little bit different
• Previous experience with staff development and school age children.
