Group Fitness - SilverSneakers Instructor:

• Create a positive class environment that is non-competitive and non-threatening. You will greet participants prior to class/track class attendance, and welcome and motivate all participants.
• Have a passion for working with the aging population and instruct modalities for the aging population
• Provide a welcoming environment and encourage members to attend Foreverwell programming
• Ensure a high level of customer service to enhance the member, guest, and program participant experience and satisfaction

Pay & Benefits:

• $14.69/hour
• Part-time employees begin accruing Sick Leave immediately upon hire and Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment
• All employees receive a free YMCA membership!

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• Within 4 months of hire: Group Fitness Certification in a mode taught at the YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties
